Introduction
The entire team from AMS / ATLAS is proud to welcome you to the latest build for ATLAS. The December build includes a number of enhancements and tweaks. We hope you love the new changes and as always, any feedback is welcome!
Low SMS Credits Notification
The SMS Texting Credit management has been improved in the December build to provide better monitoring of low text credit events. This is an optionally enabled system that can be enabled/disabled in the School Setup section (see screenshot 1). From the School Setup screen select the General tab (1.1), then select Auto Notifications (1.2), there is a drop down selection that allows you to enable/disable this feature. When you are done with your selection click on the Save button (1.3). A preview of the email notification is provided below in screenshot 2.
*Important Note* Please white list MyAtlasApp.com in your preferred email client to ensure the notification emails arrive in your inbox.

Staff Management Enhancement
The Staff Management System has been simplified for ease of use. We’ve added a new section for setting up staff access and user credentials (see screenshot 1). To get to this new sections first navigate to a staff profile, then choose the Staff tab, then click security (1.1). There was an enhancement to the staff login password creation which greatly simplifies adhering to the minimum password standards. To see this section click on the Change Password button (1.2). This reveals the password fields as well as the requirements verification area (see screenshot 2, 1.1). As you type the users password the check boxes will turn green, letting you know that the requirement is complete.

Email Recipient Enhancement
You can now set which of a persons emails are to receive emails from your school. For example, if Mr. Smith has three emails in his profile you can now choose to him to receive emails to the default (first email) or choose any of his email addresses to receive emails. To find this new enhancement navigate to a persons profile then to the Info tab. Find the section for Contact Information and you’ll find check boxes next to the emails for that person (see screenshot 1). Clicking on the check box will set that email to receive emails (in addition to the default email).

Revised Texting Setup
The December release includes a major revision to the Texting Setup. The revision can be found under Atlas Labs in the left navigation under Setup (see screenshot 1). The main page contains two tabs Subscription and Purchase History as well as two columns Current Subscription (see screenshot 2, 2.1) and Get More Credits Now (2.3). The Current Subscription column contains your texting settings including whether to block Incoming Messages, overall System Status, Remaining Credits, Auto-Recharge Level, and the ‘from’ phone number. In this column you can see your current subscription and a Change Your Settings button (2.2). Clicking on the Change Your Settings button brings up the Text Messaging Setup screen (see screenshot 3). This screen begins with the selection of your subscription package with your current selection raised up (3.1). There is navigation (3.2) to continue you through the setup wizard.
