Introduction

The entire team from AMS / ATLAS is proud to welcome you to the latest build for ATLAS. The development team has been busy typing their fingers to the bone to make the ATLAS experience even better! Some sections have been completely rebuilt from the ground up and that is the primary focus of this release page. In addition, we added a slew of enhancements throughout the application as well as the number of small bug fixes. The team is excited for you to take the latest and greatest ATLAS for a spin.

eRequest

The new release brings an all new layout to the eRequest system. Please review the following comparison images to reference while reading the update notes.

All New Inbox

The inbox section of the eRequest system is all new and features the same grid system as the People and Agreement lists. This allows you to move columns around, sort/filter column data, and even save your favorite views. Please note that ‘Completed’ has been moved to the ‘Status’ column filter (see image, item 3).

All New Compose Section

The compose section of the eRequest system is also all new. The action buttons are now lining the top. Please note that ‘Blank eRequest’ has been renamed to ‘General eRequest’ (see image, item 7). Each of the actions have been refactored and enhanced to provide better user experience .

AMS Billing

The AMS Billing Accounts and Declines lists have been overhauled. This includes a conversion to the malleable grid system that is enjoyed in other areas of the app.

AMS Billing Account List

There are two areas of the AMS Billing Accounts List that where moved in the page. The first is the search bar was moved from the left to the right (see #1 in the images below). The second is the Status filter was moved on top of its respective column (see #2 in the images below).

AMS Billing Declines List

We’ve added a Reason column in the Declines List to help in understanding why a particular transaction is included in the list. These messages are direct from the merchant provider.

Announcements / Dashboard Notifications

The Announcements in ATLAS are a great way to set reminders, inform staff of upcoming tasks, and more! We’ve added a new navigation item under ‘Setup’ to allow this feature to fully utilized.

You can now find the Announcements section under the Setup navigation item.

Enhanced Help Screens

Turning on the help toggle in the top right of the screen will reveal a wealth of help information. This is a major expansion of the previous help areas and part of our effort to make ATLAS even easier to use!

The image below is an example of the expanded help areas.

You may have noticed a number of ‘i’ icons throughout the app and especially the dashboard. Clicking on the ‘i’ will display a help tool tip regarding the area you’re working in. We call this ATLAS Quick Help.

Click on the ‘i’ to reveal contextual help information.
