Introduction

The entire team from AMS / ATLAS is proud to welcome you to the latest build for ATLAS. The September build includes a number of enhancements and tweaks. We hope you love the new changes and as always, any feedback is welcome!

Revamped Draft Agreement List

The Draft Agreement List has been converted to the same style and functionality as those in the Agreement and People List. Use the Group Actions button (see #1 in the image below) to delete selected drafts. You can now select a date range to find the exact draft agreement you need (see #2 in the image below). To continue a draft agreement simply click on the buyers name (see #3 in the image below).

eRequest Enhancement

Now when you create an eRequest based off of an AMS Billing Agreement, the buyers information and the agreement information will already be selected for you. This is just one way the ATLAS team is working hard to save you time.

Trial Appointment Feature

The Trial Appointment System has been simplified for ease of use. You can now mark any appointment type as a Trial Appointment. This allows simplified management and increased flexibility when planning your business systems. We have also reorganized the appointment screen to fit the new Trial Appointment System .

Creating a Trial Appointment Type

In order to create (or modify an existing) a trial appointment type head to the School Setup page. From there click on the Calendar tab and then Appointment Types. For new appointment types click on the New (see #1 in the image below) appointment button. Simply choose Yes (see #3 in the image below) in the Trial drop down then Add a name and you’re done. To modify an existing appointment type click Edit (see #2 in the image below) next to the appointment, change the Trial drop down to Yes (see #3 in the image below) and Save.

Reorganized Appointment Screen

As part of the reorganization of the Appointment Screen the Appointment Type section has been moved to the top (see #1 in the image below). Additionally, the Appointment Status section has been moved towards the top of the page (see #2 in the image below).
