In this release, we’re including 176 new features, enhancements, updates and fixes!

MANY of these Feature Enhancements are a DIRECT result of feedback from YOU….our TOTALLY AWESOME users!!

People List Updates – Unified People List (You can Slice and Dice ALL Your Contacts, Students, Prospects….Everyone, Any Way You Like!)

Customizable Tags

You can add “Tags” from any person to track anything you like!

  • Tag Set up Added to “School Set Up” Section
  • Tag “Add” and “Remove” functions added to the People List
  • Tag “Add” and “Remove” functions added to the Group Action Menu
  • Tag “Add” and “Remove” functions added to the Individual Action Menu
  • Tag “Add” and “Remove” functions added to the Person “Profile” Page
  • Tag “Add” and “Remove” functions added to the Phone Sheet
  • UI Updates –  Responsive Issue on Longer Names
  • In some cases the Check-in screen would show “Null” for block billing classes remaining – this is now resolved
  • In styles with “Long” names, Check In Button Touch/Click Target could be difficult to”click” – this is now resolved.
  • Updated search logic for Check-In – Student will now be able to ‘find’ their name easier. The New Search will Find ONLY the exact characters typed in, in the same order AND starting with the Same character.

  • New “Agreement Draft” Functionality – you can now save drafts at “any” stage in the agreement creation process, including the payment information.
  • Added the Function to Email a Down-payment Receipt to the “Buyer” when creating a new agreement.
  • Added more notifications to manage failed down payments in the agreement form
  • Enhanced warnings when you submit an “Upgrade” to verify when a down-payment is present
  • Added functionality for AmEx Credit Card payments
  • New “Agreement Summary” page (Saves you time when looking for agreement details)
  • New Functionality to Add a New “Appointment” for a person in the Person “Profile” Page
  • New Functionality to Add a New “Appointment” for a person in the Person List GROUP Action
  • New Functionality to Add a New “Appointment” for a person in the Person List Individual Action
  • Marketing Automation – You can now add even more attachments to your emails
  • Speed enhancements on school “Dashboard”
  • Added new “Block Class” Column to show all classes consumed on each “Agreement” as well as Consumed for each “Person”
  • Added Block Class widget to person profile page
  • In some cases, some Profile Photos were inaccurate. This is now resolved.
