Dashboard

• AMS Billing Stats Gadget Updates – Future Payments Chart – This chart has been updated to show you what your actual income will be in the future if you do not renew or upgrade agreements as well as what your income will look like if you upgrade or renew them all. This is an awesome tool to show you your agreement income opportunity and encourage you to manage your agreements effectively.
• AMS Declines – We’ve added some field validations to help prevent bad information from being entered into the system.
• My Day Gadget Updates – You can now create new Tasks and Appointments straight from the My Day gadget! This will help save you a ton of time creating new Tasks and Appointments!
• Agreements Status Gadget – We have added more agreement stats including Regular Agreement counts, AMSkids counts, and Trial counts. Now you can see more information about your agreements right from the dashboard.

Agreement List

We’ve added an additional Agreement Date column to the Agreement list to add another layer for customizing your Agreement List.

People List

There are now additional columns available for your Student List. These include:

• Agreement Start Date
• Agreement End Date
• Course Start Date
• Course End Date

Calendar

The Agenda View for the Calendar now has the Appointment Type available. This makes it super easy to filter and manipulate your Agenda View. Several technical enhancements have been introduced in the Calendar, making it even easier to use!

Message Center

The entire Message Center has been moved from Atlas Labs into the Marketing Tools section for ease of use. This includes:

• Action Triggers
• Date Triggers
• Custom Filter
• Lists

Marketing Automation

We’re proud to introduce another next level enhancement to our already great Marketing Automation tools: Tag based automations. Now you can build complete sequences to fire off when a tag is assigned to any person in the system! Additionally, we’ve enhanced the Marketing Automation usability on mobile devices. Now you can easily make automations on the run!

Enhanced Email Deliverability

We’ve worked hard to ensure your emails and marketing automation emails are getting to your current and future clients. This build introduces a number of techniques to make this happen and we are excited about the positive impact this will have on your business!

Numerous bug fixes

• Attendance report date range fixes.

Reports

A new report was added into the Reports section of Atlas: ProShop Sales. This report allows you to list items that have been sold using the Pro Shop. You can view this information in summary, detailed or by items format.

Tag Management

You can now create and delete Tag Categories more easily than ever. Simply click on Tag Categories from the Tags gadget on the School Setup page.
